We are committed to making your shopping experience as seamless and hassle-free as possible. Below you will find all the information you need regarding our shipping policies and procedures.

Shipping Options: For online orders, we offer several shipping options for your convenience. These options include standard shipping, express shipping, and Click & Collect. Shipping rates are determined based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your shipping destination.

For in-store purchases, we also offer the option for you to take your items home with you at the time of purchase.

Processing Time: All online orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times: Shipping times will vary based on the shipping option selected and your shipping destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery within Australia. Express shipping will arrive within 2-3 business days. 

For in-store purchases, you can take your items home with you at the time of purchase. 

For Click & Collect purchases, items will be held for a maximum of 28 days. After that goods may be resold unless arrangements have been made, this includes laybys and orders. Customers will be contacted prior.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship to addresses within Australia. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order and estimated delivery date.

Shipping Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the package. We will work with you to replace or repair the damaged items.

Delivery Signature: A signature may be required upon delivery for certain items. If you will not be available to sign for your package, please make arrangements for someone else to sign for it.

Shipping Costs: For online orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your shipping destination.

For in-store purchases and Click & Collect, there are no additional shipping costs.
