Returns

We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item and we want to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible. Please read below for all the details on our returns policy.

Return Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items: Some items are not eligible for return. These include custom orders, personalized items, clearance items, and items marked as final sale.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a return authorisation number. We cannot accept returns without a return authorisation number. Once you have a return authorisation number, you can return the item to us by mail.

Please include the return authorisation number with your returned item, as well as your name, address, phone number, and order number. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your returned item.

Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when you received it. If it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment, less any shipping and handling fees.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Exchange Process: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you would like.
