We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Below you will find all the information you need regarding our warranty policies and procedures.

Product Warranty: We offer a manufacturer's warranty on all of our products. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for the specified warranty period. The warranty period varies by product and is specified on the product page.

If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact us within the warranty period. We will work with you to determine the best course of action, which may include repair or replacement of the product.

Warranty Limitations: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or modifications to the product. It also does not cover damage caused by improper installation or maintenance.

Note: All Imperial Ceramics products that involve the usage of water, waste products and/or glass must be installed by a qualified and licensed tradesperson. Imperial Ceramics does not warrant any goods that have been installed outside of these terms.

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please contact us to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. A restocking fee of 20% may apply to the order value.

Proof of Purchase: To initiate a warranty claim or return, you will need to provide proof of purchase. This can be in the form of an order confirmation email, receipt, or packing slip.

Shipping Costs: For warranty claims, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to you.

For returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
